This lamp is beautiful once it is set up. Assembling was not that bad. The crystals also came all assembled on it. That was great! You just had to screw on the top to the base part of the lamp.i ordered silver. but the picture on amazon appears it has gold stones i thought it was going to have gold stones im a little salty because my table was gold to match the stones but i’ll just find another table . this was for my bedroom !I received this floor lamp quickly. I started to assemble the cord only to realize it wasn't coming together. I thought I would try it from the base. "Wala" it was fine! So! remember to bring the tubing from the base. And!!! take off the black holders on the tubes. The tubes will not screw on. The shade is beautiful! crystals. They dangle! There are a few extra in the bag if neededThere is a harp that comes with it. I am shirt so! It was not that easy to slide them in the sides but! I did get them on. I truly! love this lamp! I am ordering an amber lightbulb I will see how that works. The light that comes with it is very bright! Great! fir reading!Now! I have a slight con!The lamp is strong but It can wiggle a little when touched. I have read reviews where customers said it was sturdy and did not move. I am thinking! It may be the carpet.It is not a major problem for me! I don't have kids and, I don't think my kitty would tip it over! All in all I love it! Oh! and, it has a switch on the floor. You tao it and it goes in and off. One thing to keep in mind!It is not a dimmable lamp! So! I advise if replacing the light bulb it is replaced with a non dimmable one. Just a suggestion!I would highly! recommend this lamp with the crystal shade. You will enjoy!This little beauty provides just what you want for a bit of chandelier action. The lightbulb provided was too bright. I found this firefly lightbulb on Amazon (see picture), and it is just perfect. Not too bright, adds it’s own sparkle, and fully enhances the experience.
